Q: Do u hi a ball into the bag ojust hit thr bag with club?

I just take a club (6 or 7 iron) and strike the bag. To me, its value is getting the feeling of a square clubface and getting the hands leading the clubhead at impact.

Q: Is the material on the bottom of the bag the same material as the rest? I bought a different bag and the bottom was canvas and rip after one hit.

It is the same material all around the bag.

Q: How many ounces of poly fill should I use ?

I took some old towels and other clothes that were destined for the trash and filled it with them. I suppose that how much would vary according to personal preference.
