LIV Body | LIV Relaxed Natural Sleep Aid and Night Time Fat Burner (Mixed Berry)

Definitely higher priced than a typical sleepnaid I would take I.e. melatonin, unisom, etc. BUT I’m breastfeeding and wanted something natural, with good ingredients and I love the additions of ashwagandha and magnesium in here. I love tea and the lemon tea flavor is a light, freshness I enjoy before bed nightly now. With a 3 month old it’s important for me to get a good nights sleep when he does but also be able to wake up and this literally checks every box I just can’t say enough good things.I actually got it as part of a bundle on the LIVBody website the first time for a huuuuge savings (def recommend checking into those) but this time I literally had 2 servings left the other night and needed it PRIME fast lol thankfully it was here just in time.Also no grogginess when I wake up like I don’t feel like I took a sleep aid which is awesome.. def recommend a try!!

Been using this product for just over a week now. I obviously can’t say much about the fat burning aspect just yet but it definitely will give you peaceful sleep. And when it says consume within 30m of going to bed, it’s serious. Not a drowsy drunk feeling but a sense of slight heaviness that says, relax and go to bed. I wake up feeling good and never groggy. Has a great taste too!

I'm loving this product! I've had the hardest time sleeping lately, but LIV relaxed has helped a lot! I got the mixed berry flavor. I mix mine with warm water mostly because I find that warm drinks help me at night time. Definitely recommend this product as well as their others! The LIV fat burner is my favorite. It's the only one that doesn't make me feel shaky and weird!

The mixed berry is my favorite flavor and it is a nice treat at the end of my day. It helps me sleep and satisfies my sweet craving after dinner. I mix some frothed soy milk and mix it in and it is delicious.

I really like this product - it tastes like a little treat at night and it helps me fall asleep faster. I don’t get home from work until midnight some night and I found myself spending a few hours to wind down and fall asleep. LIV Relaxed helps cut down that time significantly. Both flavors are good!

This sleep aid me helped me to feel so relaxed and fall asleep quickly. The flavor is very light, a hint of lemon. It is not thick at all, mixes well with no clumping. I did not drink it warm in tea, I instead mixed it up in a bottle of cold water, which I thought was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this product

First time trying this flavor and I really enjoyed the hint of lemon! The best part is that it doesn’t taste gritty and dissolves nicely. Love this stuff

I absolutely love this product! It has a natural calming and relaxing effect that allows me to fall asleep with ease. I wake up the next morning feeling totally rejuvenated. The light lemon tea is my favorite flavor.
