Hard to refuse for the money.
I love this little GPS computer. It's so much better than my phone for recording rides. There are a few things I'd change, I would prefer the layout to have the speed in large text rather than the time. Also the GPX mapping functionality is limited but it is pretty reliable as long as you don't take a wrong turn. It's handy to be able to see who's phoning you through the Garmin screen so you know if you need to stop or just ignore it, and the ability to read texts is good, but I think it's maybe a bit too distracting unless you have good discipline.I like how it naturally improves your fitness just by showing you your times on the app etc. For the price it is unbeatable and I actually prefer the smaller form factor. The more expensive GPS computers have massive screens which I hate.

Good value for the price
Used 3 times, the battery lasts 8 hours with medium backlight - no sensors connected.Data screen is like what you expected, and easily customizable.Climb-pro is wonderful, if you load the route you can see total climbs and when you start a climb, the screen shift to climb pro and you can see length of climb, total elevation, grade and where you are. But it doesn't consider each climb as a climb. Also there is another map to show the routes hills and downs.Map and GPS is working good, so far nothing went wrong. So I can recommend this device.

Great cycling computer
I really like this computer. It came with two mounts, so I have put one mount on each bike that I regularly use. The screen can be configured to show whatever data you want to see. It also linked easily to my Garmin watch to measure and record my heart rate. I have been using it for several weeks now, and it has worked perfectly. My only concern is the battery life. In the summer I do the occasional very long ride, and I am not convinced that the battery will hold out, particularly after a year or two. After 5 hours of riding the battery is showing 50%, so a full day summer ride might need a midday recharge.

Compact and detailed
Didn't have budget or desire for a higher model just a need for basic data. Bought speed and cadence accessories which connected perfectly then added the heart monitor. All work fairly easily for someone who's not tech savvy. Battery has lasted about 5ish hours to 25%. Transfers information over to phone via installed app and already helping to pace/ ride fluantly.

Love it. If you’re into Garmin you’ll love this
I have a Garmin 245 watch for running. Didn’t really know too much about the bike computers, but read up and decided that this one would be perfect for my needs. It’s better than expected. The Garmin eco system works well with this. Plan routes, put them on the edge. Virtual partner, loads of data, nice clear and bright screen. Can be used with the lights and radar (when I can afford). I couldn’t warrant spending hundreds of pounds, this was dear enough for me. I have to say, it’s exceeded my expectations. I had an XOSSG+ before, and I feel that is an very underrated computer which is great for the money. But this thing blows it out of the water. If you like the Garmin eco system, you’ll love any of these edge models. Highly recommended. I would also say though, if you haven’t got the money for one of these, you can’t go wrong with a XOSS computer.

Small and neat and has all the normal features.
Buttons fiddly and not very positive. Slow to set up. Small data titles. HRM worked okay and appeared to be accurate.
