I really like the pull up bar it is sturdy. I attached it to a concrete and brick wall . I used title boxing speed bag masonry kit. Which has lag screws and lag shields. I used a 5/8 masonry bit to drill in the concrete and put a 3/8 lag shield in the 5/8 hole the screws go into the lag shield. Everything is tight and sturdy and watched tool would help you .

Awesome product! I just wish I hadn't torn my labrum so I could use it for actual pullups. If it is installed correctly using lags then it is extremely sturdy and of nice quality for a more than decent price. The design is great. I like the fact that it has spots on it where I can attach my resistance bands to so that I can still utilize it.

Tried to install and there was a couple bent parts. The anchors that are provided are useless. Don't risk this thing coming out of the wall on you. I drilled the holes in a concrete wall and only 1 of the anchors held and it didn't take much to remove it. Other than that it is a nice pull up bar.

Came with all the parts, extremly sturdy, attached to concrete wall, Used 7/16 bit to drill the holes, The assembly instructions were crap, but a 10yr could put this together. Didnt have to purchase any additional screws or bolts, they all worked really well.
