The bulb fused the very first day. To my surprise the customer service guys said that the bulb would be chargeable - a cheap Chinese bulb for Rs 500. And on the very first use, Didn’t expect this from Franke Faber, a little unfavourable to customer satisfaction. Otherwise a good product but the Comapny should know how to please the customer. Little things make difference.

Product sent without door
Purchase it for new home and took couple of months to install. Wile opening noticed that the product is not having door. Faber service is looking into the issue hope will get a solution.(Update on the issue)After 4 to 5 months of regular follow up, emails and complaints company provided the door. Service team did a good work people were friendly and support me on each and every calls that I have with them. Faber company is having kind of a monopoly in Indian market and they feels customers are beggers or fools having no other option in India. Such bad experiences never let us buy Faber products.Thank you service team and the managers and leads all thumbsup 👍 to you guys.
