Great instructions to get healthier quickly, delicious food that is easy to make.
Since we were so happy with Almost Keto & use it on a daily basis, we preordered this new book. We are so glad we did, it is fantastic in its excellent encouragement & information, amazing recipes & beautiful photographs as well. It is perfect for busy people, so far, all the food has been very delicious & easy to make. We are so encouraged & excited to try more of the delicious recipes. Going to order a couple of more copies for some friends.

Great, simple recipes
Lots of great breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack, and side recipes. I only wish they listed the macronutrient information. I end up having to calculate - ingredient by ingredient - the protein, carbs, and fat in every recipe. That docks it one star.

Charts are gold! Worth purchasing.
Visually appealing, well written, and intuitively organized. Answered so many of my questions. Love the beginner friendly, super simple recipes (and delicious). My favorite parts are the user friendly charts and lists. This has become my keto bible. First time eating healthy was not a big hassle or struggle. I highly recommend this book to anyone new to the low carb life.

Worth the higher price.
Easy to follow meal ideas and recipes. Informative background information on the keto diet. Recipes to last you 60 days. Repeat 30 day meal plan up to 6 months or to when you reach goal weight. Gives you a plan on how to go “almost keto” to maintain a healthy weight.

Just what I needed to start my Keto plan!
Easy menu planning and recipes to follow. Not a lot of other information; just straight forward planning material. Very affordable.

Full of recipes
Great cookbook full of recipes. For the most part my family would eat the recipes inside this book. Binding is sturdy.

No macros...seriously!!!
It's a beautiful, thick book with some good meal planning ideas but I cannot believe anybody would go through the trouble of laying out a beautiful, hardcover book with gorgeous color photos, attention to detail in the writing and presentation of the info, high quality production values, etc. without providing one shred of nutrional data/macro counts...when those macro counts are everything in the beginning. I literally sat here scanning the pages repeatedly like a fool thinking that my eyes must surely be deceiving me! A keto cookbook with no macros? Nah! I've failed keto in the past by being too loosey goosey with net carbs/actual carbs. If you are metabolically sick and carb addicted, it matters. If you let that get away from you, you slide right back into cravings and overeating.I got a little po'ed when instead of addressing the obvious lack of nutrition data per serving, they write in their "You have questions.We have answers" chapter that there are apps like Carb Manager you can use to plug in everything you are eating and get macros. Wth! Um, that's why I spent money on your book! I'm busy! I have a stressful, deadline oriented full time job and elder care responsibilities plus I've not been feeling well due to metabolic illness and inflammation. If you can create/or collaborate with someone to create a book this well-planned out and beautiful (in the age of crappy self-publishing where I've seen countless keto plan books with no photos and that appeared to be either written by AI or by a 3rd grader with spelling and grammar limitations), you could have plugged your recipes into Carb Manager YOURSELVES and provided macros for your readers!!!! That would have made this a 5 star book easily. It would have been a literal shut out for those other crappy, pictureless, poorly organized book filled with mispellings. I can't believe your publisher or you, the authors, didn't see that.I just wanted a simple to follow plan with no overly laborious tracking. I wanted to pick out some meals and say "Ok, these meals will give me 20 grams of carbs per day and are on average 70% fat and I can hit the minimum 120 grams of protein I need for the day. Now, I can meal prep." That is the extent of tracking I wanted to do. I don't want to sit there on Myfitnesspal, Carb Manager or some other similar app plugging in every freaking ingredient.Now, I'm literally sitting here debating on returning the book. I love how it is laid out but the absence of macros is a game changer. I give it two stars because it is otherwise well done. But I may be coming back to adjust it lower as I could have sworn the book description said this book helped you pick meals according to your caloric and other macro needs. How do you do that with no nutrition values? And if someone says, plug it in an app, I will hurt somebody. If I have to do all that, I would have been better off continuing to find FREE recipes on sites like LowCarbLove and RuledMe, and Wholesome Yum. They DO include macros. I just wanted a group of "busy person friendly", "meal prep friendly", "keep it simple but not boring" recipes in one book, thus this purchase. You had the potential to deliver on all that. I have poured over probably a hundred keto cookbooks lately in search of the perfect solution for my needs and most fall down with too many ingredients/long prep times, too many hard to find ingredients, not meal prep friendly, no pictures, no attention to detail, etc. You could have eclipsed them all. Unreal. 🙄

Life changing.
A very simple to read book which makes the daunting task of keto nothing less than simple and tasty. well worth adding to your library

Good not great
Good information, recipes look good and simple to start with, has pictures though not for every recipe. Good for a keto Newby However, I would assume a book about a diet would have nutritional information with each recipe and this book does not.

Blah blah boring
Misleading as was looking for meals/weekly plan this has few recipes and as mentioned nutritional recipe values missing which are integral to keto plan
