Replaced an older Gardena hose that I had run over with the lawnmower. Not that I needed to but wanted to try a different style. I like how it collapses when no water in it. Lighter than I expected so it is easy to use.

I bought this hose and in 4 months and being used less than 30 times, it broke. I did not keep it under pressure for extended periods of time and I didn't apply any unusual amount of force. I turned the water on one day and the connector popped off(see picture).The worst part is that there is ZERO customer support. I emailed support and found out that this hose isn't sold by a distributor in the Americas so the Canadian support team forwarded my issue to Germany and now no one is acknowledging my problem. I expect at least some kind of customer support if I spend this much on a hose.If you want a nice hose, go buy one from a local department store that has a decent return policy because if you have any issue with this hose and it breaks, you get nothing.
