This product arrived two inches smaller than advertised, and also runs for only 30 seconds, not 60 as advertised. Additionally, it was very dirty, including on the inside where it cannot be cleaned. When we asked to return, the seller explained that the variation is normal because it is hand-made, and suggested we keep it as it is still "working". I have seen other versions of this product in stores that was much cleaner and had stronger magnets - wish I had bought them instead!
