32x32, medium or large? Also, how baggy are these?

I bought one for my nephew and he's a 36x32 and it fit perfectly. Not too tight and not baggy at all. He said it's comfortable.

I'm a 34 waist by 29 length, will a small work me?

I bought my fiance a lg..a little big..he's a 34/32..I would get him a medium next time..but he does wear layers underneath so the lg did for ok

I DIG IT . Priced well. I got a 6x I'm a 46in the waste with big legs and I wanted something to fit over winter gear and it does.... I'd say a 6x is like a size 50 in the waste. Quality is decent as well it's not like that easy rip rain gear plastic but a decent grade so ad long as it's a little big it will work
