Show was great, sizing was confusing/
I loved the shoe but the size was wrong. I thought I had ordered a 13Y for my kindergarten age son but the shoe was for a tween sized foot. I would have tried a different size but the shoe would not have arrived in time for the event.

Great Service Correcting initial mistake
I was sent a Boy's 7 Toddler rather than a Boy's 7 Youth. I was so appreciative of the concern in seeing I received the correct size in time for event. The shoe is also a very good quality. I would highly recommend this shoe. If I had smaller feet I would order a pair for a Nursing Duty shoe. The Boy's 7 Youth is a size 38/39 EU.

Had an issue finding the right shoe size (too big), returned a few times. but they are really nice shoes. if they had a smaller size we would've kept them.
