This is the best flavor sauerkraut that I have ever bought. I love knowing it's supporting a small woman owned business. Most sauerkraut has a vinegar heavy taste. This isn't like that at all. I also like that she buys organic sourced produce locally. We will continue to buy more.

These are awesome. I keep ordering them over and over, in every style. I love that it's organic. The jar is stuffed to the brim. They are well packaged and ship in a reasonable amount of time. Never had an issue with breakage or spilling.

The Borscht variety has a bite to it. I like to eat a variety of fermented veggies. The jars came sealed and packaged well so NO damage. I've been eating about 1/4 cup with one meal and about the same amount between meals; about a half a cup a day. My gut feels soooo much better, lighter, flatter, easier bowel movements. On days I don't eat it, I can feel the difference :( I've tried fermented products from different companies. Wise Goat Organics, is wonderful, the best! This is the first time I've ever had borscht... and I love it! I thought I loved their sauerkraut... but I love the borscht even more! Give it a try!

The first thing you will notice (unlike other companies that sell products) is this jar is so packed tight that you can barley get your fork in to scoop it out. I eat a lot of fermented veggies and normally purchase from Sprouts but this brand give you your money's worth and then some. It's going to be my new go to purchase in the future. Price may seem high to some but I poured out a bag of another brand and then poured this out of the jar and there was at a minimum 2 times as much for roughly the same price. Just get it - you won't be disappointed.
