Great buy and with the money
Love this knife. I use it as my EDC since it is small enough to fit in my pocket without digging in my side. It is very sharp out of the box and holds an edge very well. the design of the shape fits nicely in my hand. With a flick of my thumb, it glides open and locks in place until I release the thumb lock. Super safe.

5 years of use, has been a great knife
I have been daily pocket carrying this knife for 5 years now. It's lightweight and just the right size for normal everyday tasks. I use it at work and at home for just about everything. From stripping 8-14ga wire to scraping rust off of carburetor parts and everything in between, It has been a great knife. I have even used it as a flat head screw driver in a pinch several times. It stays fair sharp but I dull it often with the abuse it put it through. The lockup has stayed solid and the bearings as still fairly smooth. I get a lot of grit in it that I have to blow out occasionally then put a drop of oil in the pivot. There is still no side play in the pivot and I have never had any of the screws get loose. I can't speak for the durability of the pocket clip that came on it because I removed it on day one and never used it. It's been a great knife for the cost.

Compact, Sharp, and Surprisingly Premium for the Price
I’ve been really impressed with the CJRB Maileah pocket knife. The 2.39” AR-RPM9 powder steel blade came razor sharp out of the box and has held its edge very well with regular EDC use. It’s compact but feels solid in hand, and the action is smooth with easy one-handed opening. The fit and finish are excellent for this price point, and it carries comfortably without feeling bulky. Overall, this is a well-made, reliable little knife that punches above its weight. Great choice for everyday carry or anyone wanting quality steel in a small, stylish package.

This Little Folder is SHARP!
I’m always on the lookout for a better small folding knife to use hunting. Specifically, for field dressing whitetail deer. I’m not a fan of large, heavy fixed blades that require a sheath, or folders that exceed 7 or 8 inches long (open). I prefer a small, lightweight folder with a wide, non-serrated blade about 3 inches long (open). I decided to try this knife, to see if I could reduce that size by a bit more. You can see it’s size in the pictures. It’s definitely on the “small” side. The knife seems well made, with quality materials. The blade is a sturdy-feeling thickness, with a nicely buffed finish. The tanto, drop tip blade penetrates well, but is not as easy to slice with as a curved, drop-tip. This knife is truly “razor sharp” out of the box. Be careful! The handle has a textured grip that is easy to hold. I found the blade a little hard to open with one hand, because the knife is so short (it’s hard to hold the handle and also catch the knob with your thumb). I like the red color (easy to see when you set it down (or drop it) in the environment. The clip is very strong, but I prefer knives without clips when working inside an animal (easier to clean up afterwards.). The clip is supposed to be removable, but I couldn’t get the tiny screws loose without stripping the heads. My main criticism for using the knife for hunting is the length of its blade. It’s about an inch too short when trying to reach up into certain cavities, etc. when field dressing game. I needed to hold the knife handle between my fingers and thumb a couple times to get the extra extension needed. That’s not ideal for retaining control and avoiding a cut, especially if your working by feel inside a carcass. Overall, it’s a very nice pocket knife, but a bit too short to be useful as a primary blade when hunting. I like mine a lot. I think it’s worth the price and recommend it as a daily carry option.

Excellent in your pocket knife
This is an excellent carry in your "pocket" knife. It's high quality, sharp, easy to open and close. It's the kind of knife you use in daily tasks like opening boxes, plastic, strapping bands...

Would buy again.
Extremely sharp. Fits on the hands well even with its very small stature. Great knife.

Great little knife, but needed some tuning, the color in the picture is my own custom color
This is a great design on this knife. I like the materials and the size. It was a great price too. The knife came hair shaving sharp. The only problem I had with the knife is that the liner lock bar was too stiff. The knife took A LOT of force to overcome the detent when opening. Then when closing the knife it was hard to push the liner over far enough to unlock the knife easily. I had to take the knife apart and adjust the tension on the liner lock bar. Once I did this and cleaned and oiled the knife it performs wonderfully. I also bought the jade version with the intention of dying the handle scales. I am pleased with how they turned out. I ended up with a ruby color that looks great on the knife. I bought it as a gift but my wife likes it so much that I may have to buy another one for her too. I am not sure if others have had the same issue with having to tune the knife, but it is something to consider. If you have the know how, it is not hard to do, but if you want to just pull the knife out of the box and use it as is, then you may have slight problems. I would have no problem buying another one, but I do feel like the quality control could be a little better. I would have given 5 stars if the liner lock bar weren't so stiff out of the box, but it wasn't really useable the way it came. The front flipper will take some practice and getting used to. I have a couple knives now with a front flipper and I love them. But there is a slight learning curve. Video shows some ways of opening the knife.
