These are amazing and organic with Zero Preservatives!
Absolutely delicious!!! Organic and delicious with no junk in the bar! It is shipped not refrigerated. The bars should be kept in the fridge once they arrive so they have a longer exp date. They can be kept at room temp if going to eat them within 5 days. There is no preservatives used in making the bars so keep in fridge. The Almond Crunch is also very delicious! The Almond Crunch is my husband’s fav and the Cookie Dough is my fav! They are made in Canada. I had to call customer service for a different reason and they were extremely helpful. I love buying from small companies!

Cookie Dough is my favorite Mid Day Square!
These are the best in their category! Great ingredients and absolutely delicious! I’ve tried all the flavors but the more recent and they are all so good! They are stored in the fridge but can be out of the fridge for five days before going bad. I prefer to eat them at room temp-I think they are even more delicious that way. The best squares! They are the perfect snack and quell a hungry stomach in the afternoon or are a yummy treat before bed!

Delicious
Absolutely delicious and the amount of protein is good. Unfortunately it is pricey but I will try to buy from time to time as it is not in our budget.

REFRIDGERATE
I received my box and had no idea it needed to be refrigerated as online does not say this. It was hot here in TN and humid the day box arrived. By the time I got off work and picked up my box from the porch, upon opening the ice pack was completely melted and the boxes were soggy. The product inside was clearly melted and the bars were super chewy and the chocolate had melted away from the “cookie/brownie” side. Requested a refund, haven’t heard anything back yet. NOT A HAPPY camper for $55 protein melted crap. Edit: Heard back and all that was said was that they can be out of the fridge for 5 days so the product should be fine. The peanut butta ones are good but not near as great as the chocolate chip cookie ones.

Expired Product
Check the label! The date to consume by on mine was MAY 2, 2023! See attached photo. It’s currently 2026, that’s not acceptable.
