Perfect for making chicken nuggets gluten as well as other allergen free triggersI have a lot of food allergies and I was using other cassava crackers to make chicken nuggets and they were discontinued and I was devastated and have been looking for a substitute. I found these a few weeks ago and I ordered them. They are actually better than the ones I have been using. Even people homdont have food allergies love them. They are also good as crackers with a dip on them. I have already reordered!
