Excellent Quality and Easy Cleaning
I was skeptical of the design idea but I had burnt some garlic noodle sauce in my old 10" "diamond coated" non stick pan which rendered it useless so I thought I'd try NutriChef's hex stainless steel skillet instead of getting another blue coated pan.It sears steak and chops extremely well. You can REALLY use metal utensils (metal fish spatula, my favorite). I have a cast iron and even a carbon steel pan, but it seems to take longer to maintain them than actual cooking time. Did I mention, I'm kinda lazy after cooking.Back to the garlic noodles. Even stir frying with oyster sauce and hoisin, this pan rinses clean without stuck on spots.When my remaining "diamond coated" pans wear out, I'm replacing them with NutriChef's hex models. I highly recommend this quality pan.

Never buying again. Coating peels off.
I bought this 10 inch frying pan in the summer of 2023, along with an 8 inch and another deep fryer, all with lids. I was thrilled and very satisfied with them. They cooked well on my electric stove and burning and sticking was a thing of the past. This 10 inch got the most use and you can imagine my disappointment when the coating on my 10 inch started coming off! They've all gone from stove to dishwasher for over 2 years and in my opinion, should be more durable for longer than 2 years. Now this pan is of no use, who wants to have this coating mixed in with food! Doubly disappointing is I can little afford to go buying more cookware! When I do look for another 10 inch frying pan it won't be this brand. Stanless steel will be my next choice. No coating to flake off and if you use them right, sticking isn't much of a problem.

Solid pan. Easy to clean.
I use this pan almost daily for sautéing, eggs, etc. I've had it a few months and have had zero issues. Scrambled eggs can stick a little, but I soak in water for a few minutes and it easily scrubs off. It's level. It heats evenly. I will buy this pan in other sizes as my older ceramic pans wear out.

It nice pan, and a good lid. I will repurchase this brand—costs less than other similar bands but excellent quality.

Amazing so far!!
I ordered the pan to replace one that was a wedding gift and had lasted 30 years. This pan heated so evenly and SO well and cleaned more easily than I could have imagined. The lid fits perfectly and the handle stayed cool. Absolutely recommend!! I am only giving a three star for durability because I have had it less than a month, but so far so good!

New pans for induction range
We recently upgraded our appliances and the stove was very high end induction. Needing new fry pans we picked the nutrichef nonstick induction ready pans. We got the 8, 10, and 12 inch pans and the wok. These are fantastic. First of all the cook times are minimal. They are no stick. Wash up was a snap. They are light weight and come with glass tops. I am quite pleased with the purchase at this time.

Food sticks!!!
Disappointed. Food sticks & pan blackens. Go with HexClad for quality.Not worth the money!
