Sweet! Sweet!
The first thing my husband and I noticed was how sweet it is (pouring some onto the finger to taste etc.) I guess everyone is different and there is one review who said it wasn't as sweet as sugar but we say otherwise. It is extremely sweet and in my first cup of tea I used one teaspoon and figure I can get away with even a little less that ! It is sweet sweet sweet ! Next let me say the reason I am looking for something is my husband is mildly diabetic and my kidney egfr is a little lower that wanted so I was trying to fin something that tasted ok and still was fairly easy on the body. I used to use Splenda but have heard that it isn't good for you either so trie Truvia/Stevia. Oh gosh that is terrible tasting to me. Yuck ! Double Yuck !! So I had to find something else. I have changed over to not drinking any sodas and for iced tea I drink plain with nothing added but for my hot tea I just had to have something. It was downs\\ to the point I was just going to put a little regular sugar in it and heck with everything else. Then I saw this and decided to give it a try. It "might" have a tad of an after taste. It is not really major to me and way better than the aftertaste of the truvia/stevia. By adding even a little less (I'll give 3/4 tsp a try next) it may eliminate that. But it is not really noticeable though. But at this point is is something I can live with and enjoy my tea. I think if used with baking or cereal it might be just fine too. But as I said, it is sweeeeeeeet tasting so you really don't need as much. So for now, I am happy. If that changes I will add to this. But it is by far the lesser of evils, and a pretty sweet one too.

Extremely sweet.
I used this for a Vegan, gluten free, low calorie banana-apple-spice cake. It worked well. My recipe was 2 cups quinoa flour 1 cup stevia and erythritol sweetener (the product being reviewed) 2 bananas 1 cup unsweeted applesauce 1 cup water 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon sweet orange oil 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg Combine quinoa flour, salt, baking soda, and spices in a separate bowl and whisk to an even mix. Add sliced peeled bananas, vanilla extract and sweet orange oil to a blender/food processor and puree to an even mix. In a large bowl blend water, applesauce, pureed banana mix, and stevia & erythritol sweetener to an even mix' Slowly add and blend in flour mix. beat on medium speed for 3 minutes Pour batter into a lightly greased 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. I had some discussion with a friend about the best topping to use for the cake. That is still a matter of discussion. The sweetener can be used for making a homemade frosting, but it will be extremely sweet. The cake left a sweet and spicy aftertaste.

Good but loose the erythitol
Nice for those with diabetes and a sweet tooth. Just wish it was pure and no erythitol content not good for youreally. Mixes well with hot water. It is a little more then 1:1 ratio but not much.

Very sweet, no aftertaste!
I am very happy with the taste (very sweet; no aftertaste) but was very disappointed when opening the shipping bag and found about a half a cup of product had leaked from the bag into the shipping bag. There were no slices or holes in the pouch of stevia that I could see - I recommend opening over the sink so there’s no sticky mess left behind! I typically buy Truvia but since I have fractured my pelvis, I am not able to get out for much shopping. Cost wise was approximately the same as other products and it was delivered in a day. So overall I am very happy with my purchase and the fact that it was received so quickly!

Perfect!
I have been searching for an acceptable substitute for Truvia and this is functionally exactly the same. The two significant differences are that it is non-gmo and not made by Cargill, which also happen to be the two reasons I was looking for a replacement for Truvia. I prefer this form because it is crystallized. I tried powdered stevia and it clumped when I put it in liquids and had a weird off taste to me. I tried another stevia product that was so fluffy it would blow off the spoon with the slightest movement of air and then foamed up on top of my coffee. Both were very hard to measure to get the right level of sweetness. GMOs can destroy your health and Cargill, well, just do a search for Cargill evil and read through the pages of results. I'm thrilled to have finally found a product that fits my needs without the negative aspects. As soon as I tried it, I came back and put it on autoship.

Great Switch
I just used this product as a switch from another 'blended' sweetener. I drink lots and lots of iced tea and to cut down on sugar, I use sugar and a 'blended' sweetener to reduce some of the calories. (But I still like the taste of real sugar.) I typically make 10-12 gallons of tea at a time. My previous 'blended' sweetener was very light in granules and typically creates a bit of a mess. (flyaway texture) This product is much, much easier to measure and the texture / consistency is more like real sugar. No degradation in taste from my previous sweetener . . . perhaps even a bit better tasting. Thanks for making this great product.

No aftertaste
Great product. Will purchase again. No aftertaste and sweetens well, blends well with hot and cold beverages. Great price point!

Best tasting stevia
Not only is this stevia cheaper than the main stevia brands at my local grocery store, it tastes a lot better too. I add a little of this stevia when eating cottage cheese and fruit instead of sugar and it tastes just as good if not better than the sugar. I now use this in place of sugar for almost everything needing a little extra sweetness.
