Only received 2 standing platforms not 3. Other than that good material.

Good product, but the circular steps/platforms would be more stable if they had two cage attachments each instead of one. Would also be be helpful if all the pieces were thicker (I had to hold them in place with my fingertips through the cage wire to prevent tilting due to a side slipping over/under a wire). Overall, I like them and hoping my gerbil will start taking to them soon too.

Well , let’s start with the ledge. It’s not the same as pictured. It leans Or because almost everything was broken, I can’t tell. But still even the craftsmen ship is poor. To big a screw for to thin a piece of wood. Splits wood. I did order another item , a metal shelf it’s good. But this small set is just bad. Refund requested. I’ll stick to Etsy shops for me chin needs.

The corner piece is the only worthwhile piece in the set. With very little wood surface flat against the cage wires and one point of attachment on the smaller platforms, these sag even without the weight of the pet on them. The 2 stars for ease of assembly is due to the fact these do not include enough washers - they only have one per platform, which makes them completely unusable without an additional washer.

Good enough quality, but kind of smaller than expected. My chinnie does love the new ledge areas though so , not bad. I do see that he is already chewing fiercely on them; they probably will need replacing sooner than later. All in all okay for the price!

Well made and fit in cage nicely. Perfect for our chinchilla.

This product says for chinchilla, but they are kind of small for a chinchilla, though there may be enough ledge for her to stand on, just not very comfortably. Also, there is only one washer on the round ones, normally there are two, one for inside the cage and one for outside the cage. Worst part is the washers are so small, I can’t even put these in the cage without them falling thru the bars. So I will either be returning it or attempting to buy new larger washers.

I was disappointed with half of the products in this set. The large ledge with the hole is great and the little balls were a huge hit, but the three smaller ledges do not fasten tight because there is only one point in which they can be fastened. They droop down an awful lot. I even tried to use larger washers to fasten them, but no such luck.
