Men's Martial Art Kung Fu Tai Chi Cotton Sole Canvas Shoes

Superbly comfortable. A great pleasure to slip into these after a hard hot day. They feel instantly cool and comfortable on my beaten up feet.

I have been buying Tai Chi shoes since long before Amazon was a thought in JB's mind. I simply wear these around the house as slippers in the spring and fall. Cotton sole is the most comfortable for me and don't make noise or slip on the hardwood. I don't wear them outdoors. For a number of years I purchased similar shoes at retail stores (several pair each time to last between shopping trips), then when I couldn't find them in Kansas City I use mail order from New York. The last 10 years or so I buy one pair a year on Amazon, every year. This is the first year I purchased the DT brand. I selected 9N and they came marked 43, which is the size I was hoping for. I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and I have to say they are the most comfortable shoes I can remember wearing. Usually 43s are a little tight on my right foot and my big toe eventually wears through. Not with these. The width is great and the room in the toes are fine. The only other thing I find with this type of slipper is that eventually the cotton sole becomes somewhat lumpy. I won't know until next fall whether or not this will happen with these, but so far these shoes are notably more comfortable that anything I have purchased for a long time...so I decidet to re-ordered another pair and write this review. :-)

The item, which I have purchased a couple of times, was not the item in the description. The soles were not cotton but plastic and the size was incorrect. This has happened before and is disappointing. I love the cotton soled shoes. Not excited about having to take time out of my day to return them

I have been looking for these for about a year. I have a pair that's about5 years old. They are very comfortable and as you can see, last a long time. These are a fantastic shoe for around the house. Thank you

I bought these as an around-the-house alternative to padded, fur-lined slippers meant to keep your feet warm (my feet aren't cold and I don't want to be barefoot, thanks). These may be the most comfortable, best fitting house shoes/slippers I have ever worn. I am VERY happy and highly recommend. -- Updated 3/29/23 I finally wore out the original pair described above and ordered a new pair. What arrived were not only the wrong shoe (rubber soles, not canvas) but were also several sizes too large and kind of shabby looking. As a result I initiated a return and opted for a replacement... and received the exact same shoes the next day. Two stars off, one for each pair I now have to return. Hopefully someone at Amazon will see this review and contact their DC to let them know they are picking the wrong shoes from the wrong bin when filling these orders. In the meantime I will source elsewhere.

I've been meaning to buy tai chi slippers for a long time, but have trouble finding my size. These are perfect. Followed the size chart, and they fit just right. The only thing to note is that on my some-kind-of-plastic faux wood floor, they are VERY slippery. Good for my concentration, I guess, but I have to be careful. Would be perfect on something a little rougher.

These shoes are a great value. It is very hard to find size 15 for this price. They are a bit snug, but not uncomfortable. I wish they made a 16, as I would buy more in that size at this price.

The shoes are very soft on the feet and they are very comfortable. They are stronger than they seem at first sight. I later bought another pair of the same shoes.
