Very good for hard to reach places. I only wish it was a little lighter in weight as I'm small so it's kind of awkward and gets tiring. It does help loosen muscles and knots

I have to say was a little sceptical of this product but needed something to reach those hard to get places .this was brilliant, it is well made strong and it gets to all the right spots ,endless ways you can use and with trying new ways you can massage all the sore spots anywhere, l would definitely recommend it if you just want to go at an annoying knot or muscle that needs a rubbing back to life

I have very bad back pain and get chronic knots around certain damaged parts of my spine which need really hard massage to loosen up and I can't reach myself. I also have arthritis in my hands which makes grip and pressure a little hard sometimes, but this is great! Not too much pressure needed in your grip to get decent pressure on the back, and the device itself is really sturdy. Have tried one of these before but it snapped as was too flimsy. Would definitely recommend, if you're looking for one.

I have a trigger point behind my left shoulder, and a suspected torn rotator cuff, and I have lost a lot of my range of movement with the left arm. With this device, I can easily reach the trigger point/knot and release it. Being able to do it myself means that I can apply exactly the right amount of pressure in exactly the right spot! So much better than someone else trying to do it for me! Sports therapists have tried to work on this spot, and it’s been too painful for me to endure, but with this device I was feeling better and less pain after the very first use. Absolutely worth every penny!

Really good for getting ti those hard to reach places. My only criticism is that some of the plastics edges are not round and can be sharp and they havnt been formed correctly

i love this product! i am a massage therapist and i recommend this to all of my clients to use between treatments.i often get a knot right in between my shoulder blades which i can not reach, so when this came i was delighted as it did the job perfectly, taking away the pain as i could hit the trigger point directly on my pwn. i also use this on my feet and neck and spine! highly recommend, its really sturdy and well made.
