So I normally wear large tee shirts however, chose to purchase the medium size as I wanted the ultimate compression. Currently, I had lost weight from 185lbs to 168 lbs and still progressing; skin due to age doesn't seem to flex back to normal and I needed support in those flabby areas around the stomach and man boobs. At first, the medium size was waaaay too small, but after I put the shirt on, it was quite comfortable for about 8 to 10 hrs. I don't recommend wearing longer than 10hrs for circulation issues as the arm holes are pretty tight.All in all, a great purchase at a reasonable price.

Please buy 2 sizes bigger, there so so hard to pit on ,especially if your a big boy, but the material was if good quality, just so so rigid and tight that makes it a struggle to put on

I've struggled with lower back pain for years. Keeping in mind everyone is different, the benefits I enjoy others may not. For me wearing one of these shirts has reduced my lower back pain 75%! I find them difficult to put on but reducing my back is very much worth the effort!

Nice shirt but ran super tight on me. Normally weather XL but felt like I was trying to put on a meduim. Returned and was going to try an XXL but didn't have the color I needed, so I had to go with another brand.

UNlike many similar shirts, these are easy to put on and provide comfort and a good fit. Quality is what one would want. Stitching is well done, and overall feel is very good.
