Can i order just the snaps to attach? They were not included in my original order.

The snaps? If you mean the hook things that the cord attaches to, I actually ended up going to a Honda dealership & got them from them. The ones I got from Powerty were too small & fell out.

Will it fit the 2023 Honda HrV?

I doubt it, it’s made for the Fit and the fit is pretty specific. It looks like they haven’t come up with a generic cover for the 2023 HRV yet, only through 2022 (and for the 2023 CRV). Be patient, they may offer one soon.
