I had used another brand that no longer carries the probiotic I was using. So I tried these, and I'm very happy I did. They don't bother my stomach and they seem to help with my digestion. They aren't as strong as some other ones, but I like that, because I have such a delicate stomach. These seem to be just the amount of probiotic I need once a day. I can highly recommend them.

*UPDATE* Bottles now come unsealable as the top lid is too thin. Seal was ballooning too. I had to transfer to another pill bottle that I just finished fortunately. —— Super - helps with my IBS-C (: I've tried different probiotics, but none had the same effect.
