I am 5 months pregnant and have a hard time sleeping on my sides without my hips aching. I am constantly tossing and turning and cannot fall asleep for hours once I get in bed because I am so uncomfortable. I have tried regular pillows and even squishmallows between my knees to offer support, but all of them were too flimsy and thin. This is the perfect firmness and size. The first night I was skeptical because it took some time to get used to the firmness and position it in a comfortable position. But I slept so good! No tossing and turning at all! I have used it two nights since and each night I am able to fall asleep so quickly and stay asleep for much longer without having to change positions. This pillow is literally amazing and I would 100% by it again! It is the perfect width to keep my hips and spine aligned and supported. I will use this every night and probably even after I give birth!

This is great for relieving knee pain, highly recommended. The problem with this items is that even though the cover comes off for washing, the material is that fleecy type of material that attracts and embeds fabric balls from all the other items in the wash with it. Mine is currently covered with pilling and is no longer white, but a dingy dirty looking white with dark pills all over it. It is an embarrassment to my beautiful bed and although I love to take it traveling with me I have stopped bringing it as I’m pretty sure that no one that cares about their bedding is going to to be happy to see this on their bed. Please, ComfiLife, sell covers for this- I would be in and your product would have 5 stars from me!

It worked great for about a month as a side sleeper. Helped with hip and back pain but after a month the pillow lost its support.

What I love most about this pillow as a side sleeper that changes sides a lot through the night is that this little pillow stays right where it is supposed to stay while I shift to the other side. It just goes where I go and that is really cool. I’ve had this pillow for three years and it is still in perfect shape as far as the foam however, the cover pills a little bit and so I just turn the material inside out and zipped it back up after washing the cover. It’s more an aesthetic thing. I wash it about every two weeks On delicate cold cycle, hanging it up to dry, but it still pills from the friction with your skin, it would be my guess. Other than that, I love love love, love, love this pillow, and it has helped my back, hip and legs to stay in better alignment with no pain. If you’re thinking of purchasing this little pillow, go for it as it will be one of your best friends! ComfiLife has great customer service And this company is family owned. What could be better?

This pillow has greatly improved my knee and hip flexor pain. I notice a really big difference when I'm traveling and have to use a normal pillow on my knees. Customer service is also great. When the zipper on the case broke, they immediately sent me a replacement.Here are a few tips to make the pillow even better.1) Consider buying 2 of them. I discovered after getting the replacement pillow that putting one just above my knee and another near my ankles provides really excellent support all along my leg. My knees don't touch each other at all, nor do my ankles. My upper leg is pretty much straight, which helped a lot with the pain I was experiencing in both my knee and my hip.2) Buy a different pillowcase to put around the one that comes with the pillow. The included pillow case is form-fitting, which makes it pretty difficult to take off and put on (witness my broken zipper). It's also not particularly soft. I've found these to be an excellent accompaniment.
