I like the clever design of the quick release levers, much easier to use than standard wing nuts to open and close clamp. Clamp is strong, holds sheets well and also the extended clamp section makes it easier insert large sheets.

I'm used to having to turn 2 thumb screws to secure my plans (which can take awhile). These have a quick turn connector that make securing your sheets much easier. I'm not sure of their maximum capacity, but they hold 4-18 sheets with ease.

These are great not just for storing the work, but for using in a meeting to show the various stages of a project.

First time using a plan clip. Bought it for my dad's business. You still have to roll the plans up so I'm not sure it was worth 40 bucks to have a handle on the set of plans but it does look nicer and more professional. The clips are really nice. I read the wing nut version of plan clips are a hassle and take forever that's why I got this one. It is pretty quick, simple and good quality. The only complaint is the corner was bent like someone dropped it. And the metals so heavy I don't think I'll be able to bend it back but it's a small annoyance I'll live with.

I hoped this would be able to handle a stack of drawings that is very large. It does the same job as standard hanging clamps. So this product is average and much like all others.
