I like the bag it holds my laptop and my tablet safely.

Purchased as a gift for my husband, which he only used lightly due to working remotely during the pandemic. Recently he had started using the bag more and the First Time he carried a laptop in the bag the leather loop that connected the over-the-shoulder strap to the bag tore at the stitching. The last thing that should break on a messenger bag is the leather connectors. Completely un-usable and unable to return! Really disappointed in the quality of this item due to it breaking after one use with a laptop which is what it is designed for!
