Used this knife over a month now, slices great, has kept its edge through light use. Bought a second as a Xmas gift. There is a problem with the finish though. On the first knife most of the blade had an even 50/50 dual bevel grind but at the tip it is more like 75/25 but that hasn't effected the performance and it's easy to correct when resharpening the blade. The second knife had a divot and bump where the heel meets the bolster that would be difficult to correct.

The knife came in in a really safe package which I can use for latter storage as well. And the knife definitely does its job really well! Overall, really satisfied with the product.

This is am amazing knife. It does what I need it to do and that's to cut and slice the meat for my dinner or barbeque. I would recommend buying this knife to my family and friends and I sure will be buy another one in the near future.
