Good Sharp Knife
The first knife I received did not cut straight. I found myself not using it because it was crooked. I returned the knife and requested another one be sent. The second knife I received is perfect. I love the yellow color because I can find it easily in my utensil drawer. The second knife is great, cuts perfectly and is very sharp.

I love this pairing knife. It fits well in my hand , it's always sharp . Does the job of many knives. Great to take on the go.

Well made!
I have it several months. Works great! Sharp! Dishwasher safe. The blade cover is awesome.Gets the job done effortlessly.I have arthritis and this knife works well for me and I feel confident I won’t injure myself because it’s easy to handle and I pay very close attention when I’m handling it.I wish they offered one with an inch or so longer blade but the same size handle.I recommend this serrated edged knife.

Not for me
While these knives are very sharp and got good reviews on Test Kitchen, I won't be using them too often. I like a smaller handle (didn't realize it until I tried these). The bulkiness makes it hard for me to peel anything and that's what I normally use a paring knife for ... apples, pears, potatoes, etc. If you like a bulkier handle, then I'm sure these will work just fine for you.
