ISDD Cuckoo Clock Black Forest house with moving girl and mill wheel KA 3727/8 EX

This clock is phenomenal. It is definitely what I saw on Amazon, but it is simply beautiful. The seller is great. I had to tweak the swing arm because it was turned in the opposite direction. I just hung it today September 25, 2023. It keeps good time it is definitely a collectors item. This is my ninth cuckoo clock. this clock was well packed and it was nothing broken or misplaced. pleas take advantage of the reduced price. it's still one of the most beautiful clocks i've purchased.

We bought a cuckoo clock 20yrs ago while visiting the Black Forest in Germany. Unfortunately the clock was smashed during our move. This replacement is an upgrade and well worth it.

Good looking clock with detailed figures, cuckoo bird, house, I could look, listen all and not get tired.

Very nice clock. Just exact as they said. It took a month to arrive from Germany but was packed solidly.

I love the look of this clock. Everyone has seen the lumberjack and the beer drinker, but I just couldn't pass up this one with a woman ringing a bell. Mine arrived missing the wash barrel(?) positioned before the woman in the marketing image. Also, this clock must have been jostled quite a bit during shipping because the item that looks like a chaise lounge (I'm holding it in my hand in the photo) was loose in the box. I also had to make major adjustments to the inside of the clock in order to get the music box, water wheel, and dancers to function. I'm very thankful for the instructional video located at their website.

Very nice clock. Be sure and release the clip that hold cuckoo door closed. It does not tell you to do that. Very good quality.

After two months one of the melodies would not play all the way at the hour. Waiting to hear about replacement/repair

Other than the 1 month lead time, the clock arrived in great condition with very specific instructions. It took a week to dial in the exact pendulum location, but since then, it is accurate to the second. Looks and sounds Fantastic. Great addition to a cold, winter family room. One small disappointment, the bell the girl "rings", moves but is decoration only.
