Really good flavour, hydrate properly over 45 mins
Please dont excpect it to be as good as fresh, but really really close to what fresh is, make sure your rehydrate properly and it takes sometime, has to gain a lot of volume. Don't worry about the smell when you open the box, it goes after hydrating it. Really really happy in my south asian glass noodle salad!

Far too expensive
the same size and quality product is about 60% cheaper from others. It works great in soups, but I’ll buy some other supplier next time.
