Not kimchi
I buy other Biona products regularly. But this one disappointed me. It doesn't taste or smell anything like kimchi.

Sour, not so spicy
Was expecting a strong spice and sour mix but this is mostly on sour side. Doesnt have the red color or hot taste.

أحببته، طعمه جديد بالنسبة لي، هو نوع مشهور من مخللات كوريا، لكن من دون اضافة الخل! طعم الفجل الممزوج بالملفوف الصيني الطويل مدهش ويفاجئ اللسان..

Very disappointed!!!
I’m very disappointed with the packaging, it’s not sealed. How I will know is it’s already open or someone open it? Thought this is my first time to try this kimchi and I don’t have idea if it is kimchi or what! Anyways for safety purposes you should’ve sealed it. I will never buy this again.!!!
