Can be machine washed but best to air unless stinky as excessive washing not good ...
You get what you pay for here. Extremely light and small. Ideal for D of E expeditions where weight/volume need to kept as low as possible. Also handy for scout camps where an equivalent warmth standard bag is massively more bulky in the bag. Can be machine washed but best to air unless stinky as excessive washing not good for it. If washing, do NOT tumble dry and I use Granny's (natural) soap flakes rather than harsh detergents. We have both the 600 and the 350 bags and both are great. 350 is even tinier as you'd expect and ideal for summer use but I'd go for the 600 if you want to be able to use in spring or autumn months.

Better than my old sleeping bag and light to carry
Better than my old sleeping bag and light to carry .think I might need to pay a bit more to get warmth though

Good bag
£45 for this sleeping bag, very happy. Packs small and light considering it's not a down bag. Less than 1/2 the size of my Vango Nitestar 300 square but not quite 1/3. Can't snuggle into it like the Nitestar but they are different bags for different circumstances.
