Every product of this manufacturer is always competitive and impressive. The price is higher, but you know what you get, and always the quality is incomparable. I use this steamer everywhere, from kitchen countertops, cooker tops, exhaust panels, bathroom mirrors, baby strollers, inside the car, etc, and it does miracles. All you have to do is have enough Mobbing pads and extra. Suppose you have an infant roaming around the house and all around the floor; the best tool you can use to ensure the floor is clean. The steamer kills the germs, and all the stains evaporate within seconds. It is perfect to use as a mob.

التغليف الخارجي جيد ولاكن من الداخل تغليف المنتج سيء جدا وكان احد مستعمل الطلب وغلفه مره اخرى في اغراض تالفه والكتيبات اللي هي ارسادات التعليم تالفه وممزقه في لشياء مغلفه نص تغليف وباقي الاغراض ليست مغلفه القطعه اللي بالاسفل لا استطيع تركيبها لانها متلفه

The steam generator is working as expected and easy to handle. You can refill water while using in case of bigger surfaces to clean. As described in other review - it came with Euro plug. You do need either an adapter or an extension socket that is capable.
