Nice Nice Nice!!!!!
Works wonderfully with the Panasonic 4/3 cameras. I have a G6 and all the TTL signlas work perfectly! My camera even knows when I put it on Standby (a nice touch on the flash) and goes back to no flash. Good guide number, and the zoom works well with the Panny lens.... I purchased it prior to taking a wedding and used the attached diffuser and the pics came out great. Its MUCH less than the other brands but has all the features... pretty quick re-cycle as well.

Not what advertised
Upon opening the box I was disappointed. This flash feels very light and cheaply made. The on/off and slave switches are tiny plastic buttons that feel as they are going to break. I figured as long as they don't break I am fine. conveniently once the warranty was up the TTL did not work and the slave mode stopped working as well. On manual the light is sometimes off, too intense/white. Now that the warranty is up It turns on but wont charge. I was in the middle of an shoot and had to keep playing with the switch and replace batteries. Sometimes it charges sometimes it does not. This was a waste of money and a piece of trash. I'm saving up to buy a dedicated Oly flash. Two bad experiences with off brands now. I don't think it is worth the risk buying these cheap poorly made flashes.

Good Basic Basic TTL Flash
Ordered this for Pan Lumix FZ100. Service from Ace Digital was good and they refunded my return promptly. This is a good basic flash worth the current market price. Has the typical overblown hot spots and I could not get it to give consistent exposures on the Lumix. Zoom features did not always correspond to the Zoom of the Lumix - i.e, not consistently accurate. The old saying, you get what you pay for......I'll stick with Metz or the brand name for the Camera mfr. It may work fine on the Olympus or other shorter zooms, but I just couldn't get consistency on the Panny.

Solid starter flash
This is my first external flash. It has been paired with a Panasonic DMC-G5 camera. So, lets get a few things out of the way. As others have noted, this is not a small flash. It isn't too bad in the G5 hotshoe but I can see this being unwieldy for some of the smaller micro four-thirds bodies. There is an audible 'whine' while charging up but I don't find it particularly loud or offensive. There was no stand included but I haven't been able to get the slave-mode working with the camera's on-board flash anyway (this might not be an issue for Olympus cameras.) The display backlight is kind of useless, the shoe locking mechanism takes getting used to and the diffuser and bounce card are a little too fiddly to take out and put back. All that said, there really is a lot to like here. With the G5 the TTL & flash zoom work as perfectly. I can even adjust the flash level from the camera although it is admittedly faster to do it on the unit. The thing I enjoy using most is the tilt and swivel. Bounce flash has opened up a word of creative possibilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with it.I purchased mine when it was just a bit under $90 and at that price it is an incredible bargain for what you get.P.S. It works with rechargeable AA NiMH batteries. I'm currently using AmazonBasics High-Capacity cells.

Great value
This flash is as good as others costing hundreds of dollars more and it works with my old Olympus 520 E camera.
