To genuinely answer this question: No. This cannot. You need a way better graphics card such as: RTX 2060. If you have a 1080p monitor, that means you cannot play games at 4k. As it shows 1/4th the resolution on the monitor. I would recommend you spend the money to get a 1660 Ti if you want the best bang for your buck. That should run most those games at 60 fps at 1080p.

Yes, as long as you have a PCI Express x16 you should be fine (which I checked and your board has 2 PCI 3.0 x16 ) you also don't have to worry too much (unless you plan to get top of the line gaming cards) about PCI 3.0 and 2.0 as they are backwards compatible. I hope this helps.
