Thule Subterra Backpack

Pretty good quality as is expected from the brand. Very good looking and minimalist option compared to competition especially given the price point. I basically took it for the looks and smaller footprint as did not want to lug a massive bag to office and back everyday.I took the option of 23L size as needed something to carry basic stuff to the office and needed to size down the backpack I was using (Thule Paramount 27L) - laptop, mouse, headphones, notepad etc, so this works really well for me.However, its much smaller than I expected and the thick cloth makes its a bit inflexible. The compartments are a bit slender, plus only space in the central compartment can make carrying more stuff a bit more difficult. I personally dont think this is something that can work as a standalone travel bag. The side pockets while intended for carrying water bottles are convenient for stuff like airports and smaller wallets given they can be zipped, which is a nice touch in my opinion.If the intention is to use for travel as well as day to day, would recommend sizing higher, perhaps the 30L option. If you just want something to carry a minimal amount of stuff, this would be the option to do so.

Feels like a 10l back pack.

Size, capacity, quality, a lot of pocket's, and ability to hide laptop from the side of backpack, the last one is killer feature
