We had this cooker for 1 year. I think it is a great quality-price option. The only thing, as some comments have already mentioned, is that the top surface does scratch really fast. Otherwise the oven and its multiple functions are really, really good. Overall we are happy with the purchase!

The ceramic Top had cracked all a sudden without using and in the night which is obviously a manufacturing defect, The agents refused to replace as it has passed its warranty by 5 months. However this is not fair as it is a manufacturing quality issue for a major component which is the ceramic top that is not supposed to get cracked by itself at all. It is safety and functional malfunction that they didn’t cover.@ Beko and @ UAE Beko Agents

Have it for 1.5years and it is holding well. It is pretty and heaters are fast. Oven as well. Seems that top layer is not so good quality as it quickly got scratches. Buyers pay attention: Mine came with top heater partially not working and I was too lazy to file a complaint, as it is baking well. Even havent noticed right away. Otherwise seems like a good choice concsidering cheaper price than other brands.

Wie Sie sehen fügt sich der Herd sehr schön in die Küche ein. Der Herd kam sehr gut verpackt, leider lag ein Drehfuß abgebrochen in der Verpackung. Ansonsten ist der Herd in einem einwandfreien Zustand geliefert worden. Die Drehfüße sind aus Plaste und sehr billig gemacht. Leider verfügt der Herd auch keine Temperaturanzeige der Backröhre. Der Herd verfügt über mehrere elektr.Anschlussmöglichkeiten, so das er selbst mit nur einer Phase betrieben werden kann. Alles in allem ein schöner Herd.

The item is delivered in good condition and works, though cable is not included. But the delivery service, i must say, is very poor. Usually for heavy appliances at least 2 person should deliver it for safety also. In my case, only one and the delivery man, didn’t even bring it in the first floor where i live and very unfriendly. That’s why 3 stars only
