Q: Can refills from locker I be used with locker II ? I'm needing to replace mine but still have quite a few refills that I don't want to waste.

Litterlocker l is too high for the litterlocker ll. but you could transfer the plastic into an empty litterlocker ll cartridge. I did it with a diaper genie refill. There is a lady that shows you how on youtube with a diaper genie because the cartridges are made the same way. Look up {cheap diaper genie refill} on youtube. also view her part A,B,& C.

I was wondering the same. I had to buy a Litter Genie and I hate it. It is a very poor design for changing out the old cartridge. Very unsanitary. And these people selling this knownthat and price gauge which should be illegal. There was a person selling one for $99. Amazon needs to get rid of these people selling on here.

Yes, you can as long as the waste is heavy enough in order to sink in.
