I am a 10 year old girl who bought this doll with my birthday money. She is well made and her hair is beautiful and curly. She comes with nice gray socks. Her hat is very cute and is easy to put on. Her face is realistic and beautiful. She is exactly how I wanted her to look like. It was a really good deal. I have not had any problems with her. I am very glad I got her.

Journey Girl vs Our Generation
We compared Target’s Our Generation with Amazon’s Journey Girl.Overall, we liked the face of Amazon’s better (This was just personal preference. Both these dolls had cute faces!) The two things we didn’t like about Amazon’s: the hat doesn’t stay on. And the arms are very squeaky/creaky when you move them.We also like that she has a hard plastic chest and shoulders, unlike Target’s doll and American Girl’s dolls. I think Amazon was smart to design her like that. Otherwise, the dolls look goofy when they wear tank tops or dresses with straps.

Beautiful Doll...
Her hair is very nice - her eyes are lovely - and all in all she came in pristine shape. This is a lovely doll. My first Journey Girl - I cannot rate her for playability as I collect the dolls and they are not played with. I use them for doll clothing models. She is somewhat slimmer than the AG dolls. her face is so pretty! I love the freckles. :) Oddly, in the box with her was a blue item - looks like something from another toy?! And a little cord holder hooky thing from 3M as well. These are not part of the doll package, so being I fot this from the AMAZON Warehouse, something got added into the box - on the other hand, the doll was pristine and never had been out of the box - still tied in with all the paraphernalia they solidify a doll into a package with these days.

Sooooo pretty
This doll is beautiful. She is my 1st Journey Girl purchase and I am so pleased with her. We now have AG dolls, OG dolls, My Life & now a Journey Girl. American Girl dolls are still our favorite but Journey Girls are next best by far!
