Q: How big is the planter?

The Lechuza CANTO Color Tower has a rough stone texture. The outside dimensions are 22 inches tall x 11.8 inches wide x 11.8 inches long. Inside dimensions are 7.9 inches planting depth x 9.8 inches wide x 9.8 inches long. Water reservoir is 1 US liquid gallon. This planter comes with the signature Lechuza self-watering system.

Q: Is this supposed to come with Pon, the light gravel substrate that wicks moisture to the soil? The planter I received did not come with it.

The Cube 14 does not come with PON. This planter works off of the wick in a pick system. Please let me know if you have any questions.
