Reasonable item. Does the job. 2 3 concerns. Steam generation is on lower side for adults. There is no mark on it to know which side adjustment will increase or decrease the steam.

Very good. Practical n easy to use. Thought you must be careful to keep it on stable place. Water shouldn’t spill. Works as advertised. Vapor very good for the expected duration of treatment session. Worth buying it. Wish wire was longer.

Pros: Best part is steam jet is warm and steady which makes it easy to inhale comfortably. It matches the KAZ technology of facial steamer which is the best in my view.The body is light which makes it easy to hold while inhaling.Cons: Water holding capacity too small which makes it last only for 5 mins on one fill.Water refill chamber too difficult for access. Should have an easier water refill mechanism.Body gets hot near the back after 5 minutes to hold in hands.

I used it for 4 to 5 times and it’s not working anymore .

I bought this with so much interest. But It was a bad decision , water leaks from the bottom, steam comes only for a minute or two, instructions manual does not show any clarity on the actual steam generated. Instead gives a length description how to clean the product. Last but not the least, the button that needs to be pressed to open the device is so poor that you have to fight with it to open it. Will never recommend it to anyone.
