Addison Wesley Agile Testing: A Practical Guide for Testers and Agile Teams

Although a thick book, I see this book as a starting point for testers. Well-written by people who have practical experience, it provides plenty of good advice. Of course, every project and application has its own quirks and challenges. This is not a good starting point for people with no prior software testing experience but is a good transition guide for testers moving from other methodologies to Agile. If you are not familiar with software testing, this book will be challenging to read, understand, and apply.

Me dedico al software testing en el campo de automatizacion. Este libro es muy buena referencia la agile testing. Gracias a él fui capaz de elaborar propuestas de mejoras en mi entorno de trabajo.

Die oft gehörte Meinung: "Testen in agilen Umgebungen, nee, geht gar nicht!" wird mit diesem Buch auf kompetente und anschauliche Art widerlegt. Nicht nur Themen zum Testen von Software werden behandelt, sondern es werden auch Fragen zum kulturellen Mindshift in Projekten und Organisationen erörtert und mögliche Antworten anhand von Beispielen geliefert. Ich selbst nehme dieses Buch in meiner täglichen Arbeit als Projektcoach immer wieder gerne zur Hand. Ich benutze es als eine Art Leitfaden, der mir dabei hilft, dem "Testen ist nur was für Feiglinge"-Syndrom entgegen zu wirken.
