Best insoles for walking running jogging
I wear a 9.5 2E in my Hokas and I ordered the Men’s 13.5-15 G Blue insole and cut it down to my foot size because I have wide feet. It’s a perfect fit. No foot pain when I jog and nice bouncy comfort that helps me lift off all day.

Professional Opinion
I am a professional in the body biomechanical arena, leave the specificity at that. These are very durable, very useful over-the-counter orthotic arch supports. They are a little more expensive than some other brands, You might need to try a few colours to find the right kind for you, but these are fine substitutes for custom orthotics unless you have rather unusual feet. These are far far better than the rock hard plasticene ones a Podiatrist will make for you for $00-600. I personally have custom cork & leather orthotics made by various prosthetist-orthotists and these are the next best thing and are slightly more versatile. I use them in sports and golf shoes, removing the standard liners that come in the shoes.

Super fit insole
Extremely comfortable , do your self a favor and find a local dealer and get fitted for them , you can't just buy your shoe size , I fit into a 9w boot and I have to buy a size G - 13.5 to 15 insole to fit my heal width

Puts the pep back in your step
I'm in disaster recovery(think Katrina) and spend days at a time in my steel toe combat boots which are not known for their pillow soft foot beds. These are a lifesaver and they last longer than those other brands. I have these in my Danber RAT boots for my recovery work as well as my Echo dress shoes for my paying job. These are amazing. Now one thing you need to keep in mind, you need to know what kind of arch and foot volume you have before you pick the right insert.

My favorite insoles.
Best insole I have. They are a little smaller than the competition, which are a bit too wide for my shoes and squeak. These soles fit in anything i've tried that has a removable sock liner, even just thin foam liners. They are both a few millimeters shorter and narrower than others I've seen, but it's ok because they typically go in without any trimming. They work well on Nike runners, for instance, but soemtimes feel a little small for the bigger Air Max's, for instance, but the same pair of insoles can be used between those Nike's and a pair of New Balance's i the same size, but wider width with no problem.

Changed my life!
I have two pair of Superfeet Black and one Blue. I’m now ordering a second Blue to work into the rotation. I switch between Blue and Black depending on how my feet feel. In addition to extremely low arches, I have a long history of Plantar Fasciitis and torn tendons in both feet. Until I discovered Superfeet Insoles in 2010 at a small running store, I had a terrible time finding comfortable shoes. These insoles are very durable and keep their performance. The key is matching them up with the right shoes. I buy quality work and running shoes and swap out the inserts. I still wear the pair I bought in 2010, in fact those and my Blue have survived three tours in the Middle East. I walk daily, run twice a week, and play basketball twice a week. I couldn’t do that without them.

These aren't the ones you'd order from Superfeet's website.
These insoles are terrible quality. They fell apart almost immediately and caused tremendous pain in my feet and knees. I always use Superfeet blue and have always ordered from the Superfeet website and am able to get nearly a year out of their insoles. I only ordered from the Amazon seller because shipping was much quicker. After realizing that these were complete trash, I reached out to superfeet with my concerns and they told me that they do not sell their products on Amazon or any other sites. They only use their website. They also informed me that people have been making knock offs of lesser quality and selling them on Amazon. I suppose some foam and a 3d printer would do the truck. Please do not buy these they are trash!
