Strong stuff
There's no English on the bottle or separate instructions, luckily instructions are in the product description, but it was still annoying to not just be able to read the bottle, but that's the only reason I'm deducting a star. It's expensive, but because you need to dilute it so much, it's quite good value. I used the hand attachment on my carpet cleaning machine to clean most of the carpeted areas in my car, and I was very impressed with the end result - the water came out a disgusting colour and the car smells lovely.Unfortunately, there weren't any real stains in my car to test this on, but since I still had some diluted in the carpet clean I thought I'd give my living room carpet a clean, which has accumulated quite a few stains much to my embarrassment. That's where this stuff comes into its own, I cleaned my carpets about a month ago with VAX carpet cleaner, and all the stains were still there, this made a difference with all of them, most are gone completely, and there's still a couple which I think might go after another clean.

Pleasant scent, but not convinced of the cleaning or conditioning effectiveness.
AS others have reported, this product comes with plenty of instructions, but nothing in English. The first this you should do is read the method of application and usage description here or copied as follows:Application & DosageThoroughly vacuum the interior or upholstery before use. For machine application, dilute 1 - 3% (10 - 30 ml/litre of cold water). Shampoo the surface and then dry immediately with a water vacuum cleaner. For manual cleaning dilute 10 % (100 ml/litre of cold water). Use a shampooing brush for cleaningHonestly, I'm somewhat sceptical about all these products for cars, there's something for every surface and they all contain ionic surfactants for cleaning and are often only distinguished by different perfumes to freshen up the surfaces of treatment.Although the description states "BiOHY Car Care | Leather & Upholstery Care is produced without harmful chemicals, is vegan and naturally pure: Good for you, your whole family and the environment." Reading the ingredients indicates that it has "phosphates" and a derivative of Methylchloroisothiazolinone that can be an irritant. ie, make sure you are not allergic to the product. When using the product diluted, the most noticeable effect was a strong "car perfume". In terms of cleaning, I was not seeing any better results than other surfactants and in fact, a cream cleanser like Cif is far more effective at removing dirt and stains from plastics around the dash and trims (and without scratching)When used on leather I was hoping for a slight shine when buffing after the cleaning. This was not evident, only a slight improvement in cleanness and the pleasant smell of the product. Ideally, a good car seat leather cleaner adds a leather conditioner that penetrates the leather to prevent drying and craking out and produces a sheen on the surface. I'm not convinced this product achieved this.Overall, and given the cost of £30, it would be a large stretch for me to buy this again or recommend it over cheaper options and I would generally look for a built-in cleaner/conditioner in preference.

Insufficient guidance to assess properly.
I had expected some sort of cream or thick liquid for the cleaning and conditioning of leather seats, but this is a water-diluted soap solution as far as I can tell. The bottle has no information in English, but the listing does state that it is a cockpit cleaner for upholstery, seat covers, floor mats (no specific mention of carpets). It is supposedly very good at removing stains such as red wine and coffee and pet dirt. It also kills odours and has a fresh scent, and prevents re-soiling. The more I read, the more confused I get. I mixed it up with cold water at about 10% dilution, as recommended for hand cleaning, and tried it on a pair of second-hand leather armrests just arrived in the post. Either those armrest were very clean, or the product didn't do a good job, because I can't see any difference, and the cloths I used showed no sign of dirt. I also used the same solution the the Jeep, on the dash top, the seat, and door card. Again, any improvements are subtle or invisible to me. I suspect that this product is aimed at professional cleaners for use in machines, and I am not using it in the way it was designed to be used. I may try it in the carpet cleaner with the upholstery nozzle, but for now, I can't in fairness recommend it, especially at the price of £23 with discount.

Very good but very annoying
This is great stuff - once you’ve translated everything…thank goodness for smartphones. However, the main thing to remember is that this needs to be very dilute, literally 1 part product to 10 parts water. Whether that’s a teaspoon or a cupful or a precise 30 millilitres doesn’t matter, as long as you keep that ratio. And wear gloves! This cleans fabric, leather, suede (be careful of the nap) and anything in between, and my main focus of praise is that it gets rid of greasy stains. And I don’t mean just spilt mayonnaise or axel grease, I mean the marks you get from your head resting against the back of the sofa, or when you’ve accidentally sat on the chair just after you’ve liberally applied sun cream - anything really. A stiff brush to loosen everything, dab this on, work it in, let it dry then hoover and voila, marks all disappear.Yes it’s pricey, £30 for a bottle, even if it’s going to last you a good long while, is a lot to shell out when other degreasing sprays or cleaners are available. But this is very effective indeed, and it doesn’t need much to shift the stains, so I’m impressed. But please can they add a small leaflet in English in future!
