My black suede boots are several years old and had a dusty look to them. I tried brushing them with a suede brush, and wiping with a damp towel but it did not help. I ordered the suede cleaner, read the easy-to-follow directions and applied. A short time later the boots looked new again, and the black suede looks absolutely lustrous. What difference! I hadn't realized just how old and tired they looked before this cleaner restored their beauty. I now plan to use it on old purple suede boots and can't wait to see what they will look like afterward. Definitely happy with this purchase and recommend it!

I purchased this because I bought a designer suede jacket at Goodwill. It was stained on the front and one of the arms. I thought it was worth trying to get them out. This worked and you can't tell that the jacket even had the stains. It did take more than one application but I am happy with the results.

I used this to clean some suede Johnston & Murphy chelseas that I got for my wedding. They were a medium tan / light brown. I wore them in the mountains a bit for the following week and got some gravel dust and sand on them over the week. Despite kind of liking the rugged patina they'd acquired over the week, I thought I'd clean them up a bit so I could wear them at the office and for more dressy stuff since I already had some knockaround leather boots (that I condition with Bick 4 with no issues). I followed the instructions, used a horsehair brush to remove loose dust, used a suede brush after this had soaked in a bit and got the dirt (and I guess a lot of dye) out, then wiped with a very lightly damp towel. I put them to dry near my air purifier and had a bunch of much lighter suede mixed with small spots that I'd missed. Repeated the process to even it out and get the spots I'd missed this pass. Color was the same as the first pass, but more uniform. The boots look good, but they are markedly blonder than they were when I bought them new two weeks prior. Kind of disappointing and not sure if I will ever be able to get the original color back as I think this product stripped the dye.

I’ve been reluctant to use any spray cleaner, but felt I needed to get something to clean up a treasured pair of suede slippers. I was quite shocked as to how well the Bickmore suede cleaner worked! The instructions are fairly simple: use a clean brush to prep the area you are wanting to clean, spray the cleaner on the suede, let the foam dissipate and dry, and brush again. Repeat the process, if necessary to get rid of tougher stains. It is suggested to test on an inconspicuous area of the material you want to clean to ensure there is no chemical reaction that could discolor or damage the suede. I had no issues with this cleaner damaging the shoes I was cleaning. The spray foams and dissipates rather quickly and it doesn’t take long to dry. I cleaned a years old mocha colored pair of UGG slippers that were stained and showing wear. It took two rounds of treatment before I noticed that the slippers looked like new with no stains showing and the faded worn look was replaced by the original dark brown color. The spray did not harden the suede and the slippers retained their velvety texture.
