Although this phone is an unlocked AT&T phone, I had trouble setting it up to be used as a T-Mobile phone, so I contacted the vendor.NOTE: Be sure to BACKUP everything from your old phone using the Samsung Cloud backup first!!SET UP: When the phone asked for the insertion of the SIM card, the vendor wrote to me to skip that step (since I had a T-Mobile SIM), and follow the remaining steps to finish with set up. Once I did that, it worked perfectly. The vendor also instructed me to register this new phone with T-Mobile which I have done. The phone is working perfectly.The phone arrived in two days, although the instructions said it would come in 8 days! The phone is beautiful and looks like a brand new phone! Also in the box were: a 39" charging/data cable, a Samsung super fast charger, and a SIM removal tool as indicated in the description. The screen is pristine. The photo shows the plastic protective covering on it which will remain on until the new case arrives.The only teeny annoyance is that the AT&T logo appears (instead of T-Mobile) when the phone starts, but I'm getting used to it. I am super happy with this phone and with this vendor.

Just not what I was looking for, product wise... I returned it... The company is "Amazing", would Definitely deal with again!!!.

The description specifically says that it was unlocked for Straight Talk. When I received the phone I put the simple card in it from Straight talk and followed the instructions. Upon inputting the EIM number (or whatever), it said the phone was NOT COMPATIBLE.I went through the process of contacting the seller and they gave 2 solutions. Both sounded like a typical response.1.) Go to some extremely sketchy looking website to go my phone "unlocked for free"2.) Go to another sketchy website to download an "updated firmware". (On my PC of course and transfer it to the phone.)Neither of which I was willing to do. Even if the 2 websites were legit, I paid 179 for an UNLOCKED phone. Not a phone that I had to play as the technician and spend extra time and jump through hoops to make it work.It also took almost a week After they received the phone back from me, to get a refund.Please beware!

This is a LIKE NEW AT&T Unlocked Phone that has Android 11 and 3.0 UI and January 1, 2021 Security Patch.I discovered this RENEWED A71 5G on Amazon and the price was reasonable, so I purchased it.This is the BEST phone I've ever used. It looks BRAND NEW. Here are the Pros and Cons:Pros:1. 5G works great. I have AT&T as my phone service and have a 5G Plan. I just popped my SIM Card and it worked great.2. The phone just updated on February 10, 2021 to Android 11, UI 3.0.3. This is a very fast phone on WiFi Internet or on 5G Data. It never lags and it stays cool.4. Battery life is excellent as it goes all day and still has 40 percent left with heavy use.5. Screen Quality, Size of Device. The screen is vivid and super clear. The size is PERFECT for my small hands.6. It has some AT&T Apps on it, but just a few. Not alot of bloatware.7. Best buy in my opinion because this phone looks and performs much like a Flagship phone, and costs much less.Cons: I didn't find any consHighly recommended.

I ordered this phone for my brother, expecting to last at least one year for its performance.It only lasted for 8 months and it broke.

We ordered 2 of the Samsung A71 5G phones. This company is amazing and the employee we had a chat with was very kind and professional. We were having issues with tracking not being available but that was due to USPS not updating the information. We received our phones and they were both in amazing and like new condition. We put our sims cards and SD cards in the phones and set them up using our Samsung cloud backups. They work flawlessly and were updated to the Android 13. We absolutely love the quality of our phones. ((FYI, if you use T-Mobile you can go to settings, then connections, then mobile networks, then network operators, turn off select automatically and a list of carriers will show. Select T-Mobile or whatever carrier it is you use and it will ask to reboot. Reboot your phone and it should switch to T-Mobile or your carrier.))

It's a great phone and is actually my second time buying it refurbished (lost mine) the only issue I had is when I got it I couldn't use it due to it being locked to AT&T. I contacted AT&T via their website but can call them. I requested they unlock it and they quickly did so and gave an unlock code. (Other providers should too) the prompt never popped up for me so I found info on a forum.Go to your dial pad and enter ##7780#*#*(Copy and paste) this immediately brings up the unlock prompt. I entered the code from AT&T and it worked. After that I contacted my phone company (metro) to transfer my Sim to my new phone. (This can be done either online, over the phone or in person)It took a bit of leg work but my phone is working great and I don't gave to wait for a refund or replacement. I hope this helps anyone with the same issue!
