Very well made power plate for home use. You can feel the vibration from head to toe... even on lowest setting. Does not take up much space. Have not used this item long enough to make a determination on how well it has helped my current health problem. Hopefully, with regular use ... I will be able to post an updated review..

I'm disappointed that no replacements for missing parts are offered without replacing the whole unit. My Power Plate came with only one strap, but it's not worth returning the whole big thing just for that. In hindsight, I should've ordered directly from Power Plate, as I'm sure customer service would be better. I give it 4 stars because it's still a great machine for people with osteoporosis and for building strength and improving balance. I've been using a friend's for awhile and decided to get my own.

Awesome machine, bought it for my husband for his birthday and he uses it everyday before he goes to the gym. Great purchase!

I did a ton of research before buying this product. I chose this brand in particular due to their reputation and I can say, I've been very pleased with it thus far, however, this is where things get tricky. I wanted to buy a product that reaches gamma+ (gamma, ultra gamma, lamda vibrational levels can elevate ascension). The Power Plate barely meets the minimum but their next level is 5x as pricey. I contemplate whether the price and lack of mobility is worth the price. I foundmy body only vibrates up to my shins and head but not mid section or thighs. My arms vibrate if I use the strap but otherwise they don't. Sitting on the plate was NOT comfortable for me (warning ;) felt like it was ripping me in two down there but laying on the floor and placing my thighs on it, did work. I do feel good after using it and don't regret buying it but think I'd have been just happier with a much cheaper mobile version. Lastly, I have yet to see an increase in ascension but do find my body feels overall better w each use. Hope this helps.

This only weighs 90 lbs - so it is portable if you have a dolly and a strong helper. I have a Pro5 also because I use it several hours a day to help reduce tight muscles associated with my neurological condition. I use it over and over at 9 minutes on high amplitude. (9 min is the most it will do before you restart it). I only have to press a button 6 times to set it up. With the pro 5, I have to press buttons 36 times. This model remembers your settings for the next time if you don’t turn it off. The Pro 5 only remembers your settings for about a minute. This has high and low amplitude. This is the kind that raises the entire platform at the same time. Cheap models are kind of like a teeter totter - one side raises up and then the next - useless for my needs.One of the reviews said something about not being able to sit on the machine. I have no problem with being able to sit on it. In fact, sometimes I sit on hard rubber ball on top of the machine to massage my glutes.
