Seasoned Rice Vinegar, All Natural - 1 Gallon

If you like seasoned rice vinegar this is a good buy. Even with shipping, 19.98 total, it's a good deal. Shipping was quick, and the gallon arrived well packed and undamaged. Kudos to IGourmet. I do like rice vinegar for cutting calories. Hotaru is very good tasting, but I don't know much about the brand. It is a high quality product.You can make your own, it's not rocket science. Vinegar of your choice, sugar, and salt. That's all there is to "seasoned" vinegar. The ratios are personal preference. That said, I won't be experimenting any time soon. A gallon of vinegar is a lot for one person. If you don't have any interest in making your own and use a lot of rice vinegar, this is a great option. Keep in mind you are to refrigerate after opening. Yikes!
