As always she gives an anecdote for living healthy fulfilled life!

amazing book
JUst like her don't loose your mind loose your weight.It's even better.I'm reading this book 3rd time now.I'm very pleased with lady. she knows her stuff.I can eat what I'm eaing since childhood.I wish she writes more books.I'm looking forward to her books.best ever book on nutritions.she talks about hypthyroid,pcos,pms,diabities,and other hormonal disorders weight loss,exercise in this book.She has really friendly and humourous nature.I can't stop praising her.she worth it.

Highly Recommend!
I bought this, as I found Rujuta's first book so inspiring. This too, helped me a lot, especially during and after my pregnancy. I found I could relate to a lot of the principles, and gained many insights into women's nutrition.

Good book, very informative and great amazon delivery
Amazon delivery: I had purchased this book when Amazon had recently been launched. It was a great experience to order by Amazon. They were pretty quick and the book was bubble wrapped. Moreover, it was free delivery with so little amount.Book Review: This is the second book in the series, so I expected the book to me more detailed. And it was and much more. The way Rujuta has little stories attached to every context, it is really easy for the reader to get that inspiration to read and know more about such a boring & vast subject. If you want to go in depth and know all the whats n whys, you will find plenty of stuff ;and if you just what to know just what you need to know, there are little tables to help you guide.This book is a must read if you a girl/women. It has sample diet charts, guide about supplements, quality information of various diseases etc.
