It works great
Installed into an existing base, prefilled the filter then ran several gallons of fuel through thru. I collected a sample in a clear clean glass jar and sealed the jar. I’ve watched this jar for about two weeks, no debris or indication of contamination of any sort. Prior to this fuel/water seperator I had been experiencing poor outboard performance that has now gone away.

Does as good a job as the brand name item. Varying temperatures require changing 2-3 times a year. Less expensive than a motor!! I recommend it.
