Great Product! Consult First
Have been taking this medicine for 3 years and is very effective. However I would never recommend to use it without a, ayurvedic physician's consultation. It helps you in sleep but with wrong dosage can harm you very badly.

Saraswatharishta in Plastic Bottle instead of Glass Bottle
While the Saraswatharishtam with Gold is a good combination, it should have been in Glass Bottle which is more important. Now-a-days, all medicine manufacturers have switched from Glass Bottle to Plastic Bottle for logistical purpose, breakage, spillage, etc. All types of medicines (Allopathy, Ayurvedic and so on) MUST be in Glass Bottles to retain efficacy and avoid bad effects of plastic in the long run. Request Sitaram to follow Glass Bottle policy.

Do not buy this product- waste of money
Too costly for the quality of the product. The viscosity is very low when compared to Kotakkal Saraswatharishtam. People mix water in medicine for effectiveness but here they have mixed medicine in water. My friend has been appraising Sitaram Ayurveda and so I bought half litter. But now I feel sorry for that. Sitaram Ayurveda's 80ML would be equivalent to Kotakkal's 20 ML. Kotakkal may be costly but alteast it is a medicine. But just Buying flavored water from Sitaram Ayurveda at this price is too costly
